No Photography/Recording If participating in the Virtual Parent Meeting please note this restriction for photography/recording of the gathering:
· TACA Virtual Parent Meetings may not be photographed, screen shot, or recorded with any device for any reason without express consent from all participants and the TACA coordinator/mentor. Recording includes audio and video.
· For audio/video recordings, TACA requires signatures of the Recording/Photograph Agreement from each participant being filmed or recorded.
This restriction is implemented in order to create a safe environment for individuals to share their personal opinion and information without fear of retaliation or improper use. If this restriction is violated the individual(s) will no longer be allowed to continue participation in the TACA Virtual Parent Meeting.
TACA cannot guarantee the privacy of participants. Be mindful when sharing sensitive information about you, your child, or family.
